In a world that needs authentic leaders, where do you stand?

The Mim Bartlett story is one of growth and change

Mim Bartlett is the brains trust behind ChangeUp and the broader suite of Mim Bartlett Consulting programs. Mim’s background as a corporate lawyer and psychotherapist, has enabled her to curate a transformative program based on best practice in both leadership and wellbeing.

The story of ChangeUp continues to grow and change lives for the better.

Mim brings a rare combination of intellectual rigour and warmth that resonates with the people who have experienced ChangeUp. For many, the program has been a catalyst for change, transforming participants’ attitudes, self-beliefs and behaviours in ways that can be sustained over time.

In fact, more than 8,000 people have benefited from ChangeUp since its inception in 2016. Their enthusiasm runs through the ChangeUp community, which meets annually, sparking further opportunities for connection and development between individual participants.

Our values

We believe that the better you know yourself, the better the person – and leader – you become.

Know what makes you, you

When you know your strengths – what others see in you and what you see in yourself – and when you know your values and the roles you want to play at work and in life, it brings great clarity.

Dare to be better

We can all be better, but understanding how to welcome and sustain a growth mindset is the key to being a better person and purposeful leader.

Change the world

When you feel empowered to lead authentically, with a strong sense of purpose, it creates momentum for positive change.

Supporting positive change

Mim’s superpower lies in bringing people, ideas and resources together to fight causes and address issues that matter.

Working with philanthropists, individuals, organisations and families, she has been able to shine a light on some human rights and social justice issues.

Mim is renowned for her ability to create new ways to motivate and mobilise people. She encourages and inspires them to think about, and act on, issues they might not have otherwise considered within their power to change.

Over the years, Mim’s work as an advocate, innovator and philanthropist has brought awareness and positive change to critical issues including:

  • Asylum seekers in Australia

  • The impact of pornography on young people

  • Contemporary ‘rites of passage’ programs for adolescent teenagers

  • Gender equity and fairness

  • Support for LGBTQI+ communities
